How do I reset my password?

Go to the login page and click "Forgot password." Enter your email address and we will send you a secure reset link. The link expires after 1 hour for security.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Navigate to Settings then Billing. Click "Cancel subscription" and follow the prompts. You will retain access to your current plan until the end of the billing period.

Why are my images low quality?

Ensure your source images are at least 1000x1000 pixels. Lower resolution inputs produce lower quality outputs. Also check that you have not enabled any compression settings in your export preferences.

How do I contact billing support?

For billing questions, email support@enhanceroom.com with "Billing" in the subject line. Include your account email and a description of the issue. Billing inquiries are prioritized on all plans.

What file formats are supported?

EnhanceRoom supports JPEG, PNG, WebP, and HEIC uploads. Processed images can be exported as JPEG or PNG. We recommend PNG for transparent backgrounds and JPEG for marketplace listings.
