Subscription Plans

EnhanceRoom offers three subscription tiers designed to fit the needs of every reseller, from those just starting out to high-volume professionals.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on either a monthly or yearly cycle, depending on the plan you select at checkout. Yearly plans offer a discounted rate compared to monthly billing.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will receive an email reminder before each renewal.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as payments through Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe.

Free Plan

Every account starts on the Free plan, which includes 1 AI credit per month so you can experience the platform before subscribing. Basic editing tools are unlimited on all plans.

• No credit card is required to create a Free account.
• You may upgrade to a paid plan at any time to unlock more AI credits and advanced features.
• Free plan limits reset at the start of each calendar month.

Upgrading & Downgrading

You can change your subscription plan at any time from your account settings.

• When upgrading (for example, Pro to Ultra), the change takes effect immediately. You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle.
• When downgrading (for example, Ultra to Pro), the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You retain access to your current plan features until that date.
• When switching between monthly and yearly billing, the new rate applies at the start of your next billing cycle.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle -- you continue to have access to paid features until that date.

• After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan. You retain access to uploaded images and project history, but AI-powered features and advanced tools will no longer be available.
• Processed images remain accessible for 90 days after your paid subscription ends. Download any files you wish to keep before that period expires.
• Free plan users are not billed and can continue using the platform with limited credits indefinitely.

Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your subscription. If you are not satisfied with EnhanceRoom, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription purchase.

• To request a refund, contact our billing support team at billing@enhanceroom.com within 30 days of your first charge.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
• The 30-day guarantee applies to the first billing cycle only. Subsequent renewal charges are not eligible for a refund.
• Refund requests after 30 days, or for renewal charges, are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
